The RITE Support Desk is the first point of contact for technical assistance on campus. We have a kind and courteous staff on hand to support the computing needs of faculty, staff and students. If the Support Desk isn't able to resolve your problem or request at first contact, an incident or service request will be submitted to have the problem/request directed to the appropriate group.
Please Note The Support Desk only supports campus owned equipment and software.

The RITE Support Desk is now located in Room 200, Bulger Communication Center.
We will remain here until the Butler Library renovation is completed (about 2 years).
