Requesting software for labs

Every computer lab has a department lab coordinator assigned by the department. The lab coordinator is the first point of contact for faculty who would like to have software installed for use in labs.  Please note that sufficient lead time must be provided when requesting software installation in labs; a good rule of thumb is to submit software installation requests on the same deadlines that govern textbook requests.

 

Reporting problems

Problems in computer labs should be reported to the department lab coordinator.  If the problem is of an urgent nature, please contact the RITE Support Desk.
